Masseria Marchese is a fully serviced luxury villa set within a carefully restored 19th-century masseria in southern Salento.
The property combines architectural heritage with contemporary design and a structured hospitality approach, offering high standards, generous private spaces, and operational consistency. Composed of three independent units and extensive outdoor areas, the villa allows for flexible accommodation configurations and a high level of privacy. Masseria Marchese is structured into three independent units, each with separate access and fully equipped living areas.

MAIN UNIT (up to 8 guests)
The main unit features a spacious living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a suite arranged over two levels with an additional sleeping area on the mezzanine. A dining room connects to the inner courtyard, while the kitchen is divided between a traditional stone-fireplace area and a modern, fully equipped section. An additional service bathroom completes the unit.

SECOND UNIT (up to 6 guests)
Located on the lower level, the second unit offers an open-plan layout with a barrel-vaulted ceiling, including a kitchenette, living area, and two king-size sofa beds. A staircase leads to a restored former underground cistern now used as a private wine cellar. The unit has direct access to the garden and pool area and includes a private bathroom.

THIRD UNIT (up to 2 guests)
The third unit is an independent outbuilding featuring a double bedroom, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with both bathtub and shower. Access is through a wooden porch overlooking the garden, making it ideal for guests seeking additional privacy.

The outdoor areas of Masseria Marchese extend across approximately 10.300 m² and include landscaped gardens, relaxation zones and equipped spaces designed for extended use throughout the season.

SWIMMING POOL & SOLARIUM (open from April 1st to October 31st)
The property features a 20m x 6m infinity pool positioned within a natural depression of the terrain. The pool includes a hydromassage seating area, a cervical waterfall integrated into a sculpted amphora, and an overflow edge that connects to a secondary lower basin. The solarium is equipped with a misting/cooling system, lounge furniture, a bar counter, an outdoor bathroom and a solar-powered shower.

GARDEN & EXTERNAL AREAS
The grounds incorporate dry-stone walls, Mediterranean vegetation, a vineyard, fig trees, a vegetable garden and a centennial walnut tree that shades a dining area with capacity for up to 40 seats. Additional elements include pergolas, courtyards, walkways and multiple shaded areas suitable for outdoor dining or relaxation.
