Set within four hectares of countryside near Ostuni, Casa Murreddha is a contemporary villa estate integrating a restored trulli complex and a detached lamia within a unified architectural composition. The 320 m² interior unfolds across a main residence and independent annexes, accommodating up to 12 guests. Whitewashed volumes reinterpret rural Apulian forms through a modern architectural language, while original stone structures retain their distinct identity. Large openings establish continuity between interior spaces and olive groves, defining a cohesive compound suited to structured group stays within the Valle d’Itria landscape.

The estate is organised into a principal villa and four independent annex structures: the Lamia Jacaranda and the trulli Carrubo, Gelso and Melograno. The main house centres on a spacious living room with fireplace and flat-screen television, directly connected to a professional kitchen complete with pantry and an adjacent breakfast nook. A guest bathroom with shower serves the living area. Two double bedrooms, each with en suite shower room, are located within the main volume.

The Lamia Jacaranda functions as a detached suite comprising a generous double bedroom and private shower room. The three restored trulli, each with independent entrance, accommodate three additional double bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms. In total, the estate offers six double bedrooms and seven bathrooms with showers, complemented by seven internal showers and one outdoor shower. Additional internal spaces include five entrance halls, four closets, two cupboards and a below-stair storage room, ensuring practical distribution and operational support across the compound.

The external composition extends across 40,000 square metres of private land, including 39,680 square metres of outdoor areas. The garden occupies approximately 3,000 square metres, while 1,500 square metres are equipped outdoor surfaces designed for open-air living. A covered exterior area of 130 square metres provides shaded continuity between interior and landscape.

The swimming pool, measuring 16 x 8 metres with a depth ranging from 0.10 to 2.50 metres and a total volume of 180 m³, is positioned in direct relationship with the main residence and annexes.
