Villa Fanò is a residential property situated on a promontory overlooking the Adriatic coast between Castro and Santa Cesarea Terme. The architectural identity is defined by a two-story structure that integrates Mediterranean design elements with a seafront positioning on a panoramic hill. The estate accommodates up to eight guests within a spatial atmosphere focused on coastal orientation and functional living. Positioned one kilometer from the sea, the residence maintains a coherent relationship with the surrounding promontory landscape and the nearby Zinzulusa and Romanelli caves.

The internal spaces are organized across two levels connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor contains the primary living area, which includes a sitting room and a Mediterranean-style living room. The kitchenette and breakfast nook are also located on this level, with the living space opening onto a covered porch. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping quarters, consisting of four bedrooms: two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one double bedroom, and a fourth room with a French bed. The villa includes a total of three bathrooms equipped with internal showers.

The outdoor spaces extend over 1,000 square meters, featuring a 40-cubic-meter swimming pool positioned to face the sea. The pool is operational from June 1st to October 30th. The grounds include a lawn garden and 100 square meters of covered outdoor areas, including a porch and a first-floor terrace furnished with wooden pieces. Three distinct relaxation areas are distributed throughout the garden, including a dedicated dining zone with a large table. An outdoor shower is located behind a rose garden. A barbecue is present in the garden to support external catering.
